All cottages including the owners house have a private terrace. There is a bar, restaurant with 20 seats and a pool. The adjoining owners residence has two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Surrounding:

• 5 minutes from downtown Windward Side
• hiking trails
• diving centers
• mountain climbing and other outdoor activities are being developed
