Some interesting opportunities for developers:
- On various parts of the construction land can be developed. The owner already has the municipality presented plans for a complex of 36 luxury apartments for senior citizens. The area around the monastery has room for three of these complexes. The municipality has no objection raised. For a project developer, this is an interesting possibility.
- To render the plot it is possible for some locations to generate renewable energy (solar and wind energy). The energy is for very long term at a guaranteed rate to the power supplied. These projects are funded almost entirely by specialized banks.
- To the convent building there are several possibilities. There is already a building plan ready for conversion into senior houses. It is up to the investor to this interesting and supported by the municipality concept weather or not to carry out.
- Without major alterations to parts of the monastery such as office use. The church can be rented separately such as an exhibition space or for cultural events, but can also be used as storage.
- The property is situated on a hill near a train station (500m) and an airport. Luxembourg is about 70km, the border with France 20km .
